Este álbum es el primer ‘best of’ de la banda, reuniendo canciones de sus álbumes de estudio de 1980 a 1995. Además, presenta nuevas versiones en vivo, dos versiones del demo de 1979 The Soundhouse Tapes y una nueva canción llamada Virus. Como detalle, en la versión doble las canciones se encuentran en orden cronológico de la más reciente a la más antigua. El álbum se lanzó en tres formatos: CD doble, vinilo cuádruple y CD con MiniDisco. También se lanzó una versión corta de un sólo CD.
